exemplary educational leader

Dr. Kenneth D. Davis

Experienced Educator

Growing up in poverty in a low socioeconomic community provided many challenges and obstacles, and created barriers that are often unseen. Education was a great equalizer that provided opportunities and pathways out of poverty. Poverty is poverty regardless if it’s in a rural, suburban, or urban community, but we have a solution to improve lives through education.

Every child should be given these same opportunities to elevate from their current situation (impoverished or not) to reach their goals and dreams.

School Administrator, District Leader, Advisor, & Coach

From being a teacher to an Area Superintendent, I have a responsibility to ensure that every school has an intelligent, knowledgeable, competent leader and leadership team, highly skilled teachers, and capacity-building systems to enhance the growth of all and to improve student outcomes/achievements.

We have what we need to improve our schools, let’s work together to ensure we maximize its impact.

Intentional Mentoring Tools

Intentional Mentoring is a research-based tool for engaging and supporting the individual and personal growth of others. Both male and female mentees can grow from the use of these tools. Schools use them for students, leaders use them for their adult teams, and organizations can use them to build their successors and strengthen their teams.

These tools are available including personal guidance, program development, program implementation, manuals, guides, workbooks, and journals. These tools can be life-changing!
