My Dissertation topic and research align with the Mentoring Series.  This research is what I know and believe to be the cornerstone of building successful mentoring relationships and the impact a positive relationship has on everyone involved.  The work of Mentoring is transformative and informative to the practices every organization, that involves human contact, should consider using.  It works!
